Macadamia
Imported from Australia in the 19th century, the delicious macadamia nut was consumed for centuries by the Aborigines. Its oil is only extracted by cold press and filtering in order to preserve its properties. It is highly appreciated for its non-greasy texture and is very rich in unsaturated fatty acids, as well as vitamin E. It is easily assimilated by the skin and penetrates quickly for better protection.
